Yes. For all our standard tour packages (Soweto, Apartheid Museum, Pilanesberg, etc.), the entrance fees are included. The only exception is the "Go As You Please" vehicle hire, where you pay for entries directly at the gate.
Our rates are calculated per vehicle size. Our 4–7 pax rate offers the best value for families and small groups traveling together.
We monitor all flight arrivals at O.R. Tambo and Lanseria in real-time. Your driver will be there when you land, regardless of the delay.
We provide a professional Meet & Greet service. Your driver will be waiting at the international or domestic arrivals hall holding a paging board with your name or company logo.
For arrivals between 00h00 and 05h00 AM, a standard surcharge of R 350 is added to the transfer rate to accommodate the after-hours service.
All Boitumelo tours are 100% private. You will have your own dedicated vehicle and driver-guide. You won't be grouped with strangers, allowing you to customize the pace of your day.
We recommend comfortable walking shoes, a sun hat, and sunscreen. For early morning safaris (Pilanesberg or Hot Air Balloon), bring a warm jacket as it can be chilly before sunrise.
